AI companies just figured they could say that LLMs could "think" and "learn" and the world, for some reason, just accepted it. They can do neither of those things, never mind feel.
I am begging everyone to stop with this insanity. A computer does not have biological functions, it’s just a machine that does math.

Imitation is the highest form of flattery, so rest assured that the statistically likely set of words and phrases the thing vomited at you is really flattering the amalgamation of thousands writers it stole them from.
It’s honestly worse than plagiarism, in the sense that it’s literally still plagiarism but you’re not even consuming and getting inspiration from the things that you’re ripping off, or practicing the skill you’re pretending to have
Look I try to be patient and all that but if you're using an LLM for your creative writing you are poisoning the art you claim to love and the dishonour should haunt you
