Elections have consequences. A man like this never belonged near the levers of power. Not the first time. And certainly not this second time when everything was knowable. We are trapped in a tragedy and must fight our way out.

New research warns the Amazon could face 150 days of hot drought per year by 2100, pushing it into a “hypertropical” state unseen for 10M years. Mass tree dieoff would upend the carbon cycle and accelerate global warming.

Amazon rainforest is transitioning to a 'hypertropical' climate — and trees won't survive that for long
The Amazon rainforest currently has a few days or weeks of hot drought conditions per year, but researchers say this could increase to 150 days per year by 2100.

It does not matter. Chief Justice Roberts summarily dismisses the ruling of lower court federal judges. Roberts has made rulings by lower court federal judges moot. We only have one rule now the repression of the Trump/Roberts tyranny.

This horror is Am today.

Now that Trump has officially shut it down, borrowers may now have to spend hundreds more per month paying off their loans.

How is this supposed to lower people’s cost of living?

So we pay the food tariffs through higher grocery prices, then we pay $12 billion (through our taxes) to bail out the farmers because of the tariffs.

In the mean time, grocery prices are still up. Because... tariffs.

It's a lose-lose-lose situation for American consumers.

So, to summarize: tariffs cost the farming industry $44B in lost sales. The Idiot-in-Chief calls for a $12B payment to those farmers, allegedly funded by tariffs, calls it a win.

This is the logic of a lottery addict spending $50 on scratch tickets to win $5 and insisting he's come out ahead.
