Placing a few women, people of color, or a person with a disability on stage for the formal photo-opp, when only white men are in the leading roles, is not inclusion or diversity, it’s “diversity-washing”, diversion and deception. 🤬

I think we really should stop using antifa and just fully say anti-fascist and get them saying they are against anti fascism. Using antifa is giving them some distance and I genuinely think some of their base don’t even know that’s what it stands for.

When we speak about safety in research/academia this is a key example, but often universities (and those who work there) remain in denial or poorly informed about how serious things can be for targeted staff and students.

The other thing apart from mask fit that mattered a lot to me was air pressure. Mine was initially set at 12 and it was just awful.. Im now at 4-6 and it’s perfect for me. Congrats on a great start though, regardless! :)
