I read this right after I read about a 22 year old American citizen being held by ICE because they insist, despite her birth certificate, medical records, and immunization records, that she was not born in the USA.
The "Harris needed to earn my vote and she didn't" crowd are as responsible.

We now have access to AMD FSR Machine Learning Frame Generation in numerous titles, upgrading frame generation quality on RDNA 4 GPUs. Although it is higher quality, the frame-pacing still proves very problematic putting the whole feature in question. Find out in my video!
