Very sad news. Dr. Markland was a voice of reason and sanity at a time when that was sorely lacking in our public discourse. May he RIP and know he brought comfort to many more people than he could possibly imagine. My condolences to his family. 🥀

Dr. Markland was one of the many compassionate voices during COVID that helped my family cope with everyday stress of the pandemic. I’ll never forget what he did for us, and wish him peace in the next life.

Had the same issue, went to their web chat, got it done pretty quickly. Look for the HELP link at the bottom, it churns you through a few steps to get to an actual chat, but it worked.
