Well, so far I'm getting amounts for health care plans through the state ACA market thingy between $837 and $1377 or so.
My most essential medication isn't covered, but nobody covers it, so that isn't a surprise. (I get it through Costco for cheap.)

So here's a thing about the ACA rate increases: I just got laid off. I qualify for COBRA, & have the chance to continue the coverage I had under my job, if I pick up the full amount it cost the company I worked for.

I've been reading a number of Studs Terkel's oral histories lately: "Hard Times" on the Depression, "A Good War" on WW2, & "Working" on the experiences of working-class Americans through the late mid-ish 20th century.
Highly, highly worth it. It's like reading letters from survivors.
