Pedantic: The officer removed Alex Pretti’s gun from his holster, another agent shot him in the back, and when Pretti flopped on the ground dying, two of them fired six more times to make sure he was dead.
Federal agents disarmed and murdered a legal carrying non-violent American citizen.

If any "law enforcement" officer can shoot you dead because you have a gun, or they think you might have a gun, you do not have the 'right' to carry a gun. The 2nd amendment is now void.
