In my opinion it’s time to retire the Nobel prizes for fields where most of the important discoveries have already been made, like physics, and add prizes for newer fields where substantial innovations occur every year, like speedrunning

I can write comedy for other people super easy, but whenever I try to write for myself, even with the GOAL of comedy, it ends up being super-serious and therefore uninteresting to me, and I DON'T KNOW WHY

workout names are so fun. for a lot of my back/core-related workouts, I use the big bouncy ball - my current one is a plank with ankles on the top of the ball, then slowly lowering one foot to the floor with a straight leg, trying not to let the ball move, then back. it's so hard
