I believe the biggest evidence of "this is a bubble" is that there is no energy capacity and no comparable investment in energy generation for all those GPUs and datacenters the AI companies are promising to have in the next couple of years

The AppStore was pretty much the first of it's kind to let developers price stuff whatever they wanted, with no minimum price point. It started a race to the bottom, with low quality apps going lower and lower until "free" became the standard
