The sun is setting in the background, a steering beautiful light across the river. Kiriko is balanced on a boat, she's using her "whirlwind emote". Light scatters across her body as she uses her powers to make the ofuda fly around her. Her pose is akin to that of a dancer. Her hand, ofuda, and shoe break through the frame as well, adding some depth to the image. The whole image has a yellow/golden colour to it because of the sunset.
