just wipe it down with salt and oil and you should be fine; the stuff that would stick around after a normal soap rinse is oil-soluble, and the salt likewise helps pull anything water-soluble out of the stone.

echoing other voices here saying to check for endometriosis and/or yell at doctors until you find one who listens. this much period pain isn't normal and should be taken seriously.

endometriosis patients have symptoms for over a decade on average before being diagnosed.
