A little ramble on youth sport and it's delivery. When I talk about obliquity, I mean to get away from the rigid linearity that we continue to embrace. We generally think "we need to build future prospects!" (IE "professionals"). The words steer our beliefs and delivery.
Say, when did the Citizens United ruling happen again? The entire system is bought and sold at the whims of billionaires. Both parties are beholden to them, but the Republicans just outright grease the skids for them to buy in and run the show. Cant fix this system until that ruling is overturned.

I feel blessed in many ways to be a child of the 70s. I had my entire youth unencumbered by the weight and drag of the internet/social media. And now I look around and feel immense dread for the youngest gens, who only know these interactions.
