Equating success solely to pro/rel or single entity is not a great correlation-causation argument tho. Because many nations with smaller pops and less $$ invested, who have pro/rel, have greater levels of sustained success than the US as well. Argentina, Uruguay, Netherlands, Belgium, Portugal etc

None of this is news to anyone who's been paying a bit of attention, but I will make this distinction : Malcolm represents many who harbour anti-indigenous views through his actions, but keeps it fairly civil on the record. Dallas does not. She escalates the rhetoric, emboldens extremists.
