#kakapo breeding starts with the feeding. For the last month we've been putting out food on Whenua Hou to get the adults into breeding condition. We need the males fat enough to boom and the females heavy enough to produce eggs (although not too hefty or their chicks will all be males). #parrots

Moreover - surprise, medical unions can do maths and count up the fake salaries, beds and jobs you claim exist, and teachers can immediately isolate your bad faith lies and speak clearly and impactfully to the media about it, it's as if they're highly qualified and educated professionals.

So much of this govt's strike messaging is 'these selfish ingrates are paid well & don't have the moral right to strike' which is so far beyond believable reality that it's just a weird choice. If they just said 'no money left soz', they'd get more public sympathy than for this Evil Mr Burns stuff.
