Complete rewrite of the first chapter of my book is complete. Again.

I really hope I can move on from here. I knew the first chapters needed a lot of work, being the oldest writing on the project. But I feel like I've been spinning my wheels trying to nail this opening for a year. Oh wait. I have.

Like I love the idea of the franchise as a portal fantasy into "computer world" but the cool factor to me doesn't go when it's the other way. Like, it makes no sense to bring programs into todays america.
