Not to internet diagnose but like, sounds like something in the realm of a delayed sleep phase. My husband's got it and resets to something similar without like, meds to regulate

They spent the last year watching me do this with blueberries and being neutral towards it, then tried it with frozen fruit they actually like and have instantly understood and adopted it
