I was compelled by the color of a disposable cake tin, so I cut it into pieces and played around with embossing it (I do not own embossing tools)

Rough in the pose and the big changes to body shape with tinfoil, wire, and hot glue. He's gonna be a fucked up water horse with big teeth, so I'm fully just adding a new lower jaw and will change the topography of the rest of the head to match it at a later stage

First shave your horse for surgery, and then gently, carefully trepan him with a drywall saw, because you do not own a single tool suited for this
