I've never understood how people just don't seem to get it, it's *never* been about protecting women in bathrooms (or sports, or wherever) it's about 'othering' people and stripping their (and then your) rights.

A series of giant dominos, labelled Trans rights, then gay rights, freedom of expression, women's rights, free love, free speech, democracy, freedom of religion, modernity, literacy. Groups of people are stood at the bases of each 'domino', propping them up. The trans one is leaning precariously and people at the other dominos further down the line are pointing it out and calling for support.
Underneath it all are the words UNITED WE STAND. DIVIDED WE FALL.

You may not be trans, you may not be gay, you might not be a woman. You may be *lucky* enough to be a straight white healthy man but eventually they'll get to your domino, whatever that may be.

It's alright/the best thing ever/an absolute bag of shit. All of these opinions are possible about every single story/Doctor.

Some people are even of the opinion Greatest Show in the Galaxy is the Greatest *story* in the Galaxy, while I'm of the opinion those people need psychiatric help.

Workmate mentioned last night he was out for a birthday meal. Other teammates all started sending him ai generated slop to wish him a happy birthday so now I have all this shit stored on my phone. Didn't want to get into an argument with them so just sent him a photo of an actual card instead.

The photos folder on my phone, now polluted with a load of ai generated slop loosely themed around networking kit, phones, birthdays and (I have no idea here) a shark's mouth. Also, at the start, a fancy burger that prompted this deluge of shit and the card I sent at the end.

By astounding coincidence, @flothulhu.bsky.social recently asked if she could play with one of my handhelds (behave) so I furnished her with this.
Like many others I'm not entirely sure when or how I got a loose copy of Kirby's Dream Land and, reading this, I really ought to give it a go sometime.

A plain black Gameboy Advance SP in a metal carry case and a couple of stacks of original Gameboy carts, plus three Gameboy advance carts. Kirby's Dream Land is on top of one stack and F Zero, Advance Wars and Super Street Fighter 2 Revival are on top of the other stack
