So this massive Oracle/OpenAI data center Gov. Gretchen Whitmer is trying to push on Michiganders can’t even find financial backers. Yet, if you drive on US-12 you wouldn’t know the project HASN’T been approved by the amount of construction already happening.

A multibillion dollar data center planned for Saline Township has taken a major hit to its funding, with a prime financial backer - Blue Owl Capital - saying it will not provide $10 billion in funding to support the project, leaving it on uncertain financial footing.
