So I am running the London Lea Valley 50km in March and trying to raise some money for Step Forward - a youth centre in Tower Hamlets, Kiddo attends their LGBTQIA+ group and it's been such a brilliant and supportive space for them, which feels so important when trans youth are under constant attack.

I was talking with my mom about my recent trip and how it's made me have to reconsider a lot of how I approach my chronic pain because I went into it operating off of how I remember functioning years ago. It was really difficult not just physically but emotionally to realize how bad stuff's gotten.

I feel bad my mom used her only day off to take me car shopping but i don't want to go alone because I'm too much of a pushover to go car shopping alone (didn't say yes to anything yet)

My sleep specialist having an aneurysm after me trying to explain the cocktail of contradictory medications I'm taking: "So like, is anyone working this up or trying to find a diagnosis?"
Me: "Uhh, idk the other doctors don't seem very concerned tbh."
