God, that was so much more interesting and fraught.
I'm guessing one of the drafts is convincing the kid to su*c*de and EA panicked.
star child: "organics and synthetics cannot coexist"

shepard: "I literally just solved the geth/quarian war five minutes ago and my pilot is banging the ship's AI"
Fundamentally every ending to ME3 asks you to concede that the Reapers are a bad solution to a real problem & propose an alternate solution to that problem. But the entire story up to that point was one long argument that the problem wasn't real except insofar as the Reapers caused it on purpose
The Refusal Ending isn't evil. It is in fact the most noble and only winning play.
“Shepard, even though you‘re Space Mahatma Gandhi and Space MLK and Solved Racism, the only choice you have that isn’t evil is to non-consensually rewire the universe so everyone is half synthetic despite exposing all racial tension in the universe as ploys by demon squid people.”

Uh, if you give me Control, what stops me from flying every Reaper into the Sun?
The most annoying part for me is that the Red Ending isn't EDI and billions of Geth guttering and winking out before their shells collapse in their chairs.

Refusal Ending remains unimpeachable.
You might be asking why a child's healthcare bill is $1.3 million dollars and I will simply remind you that that question is communist.
Yeah, it's not gambling if you have a system.
Did a beaver write this?
For critics, China’s construction of the world’s largest dam is another sign of Beijing’s inability to break from its tried-and-true formula of turning to infrastructure investment to stimulate the economy.

Will world's largest dam project be big enough for China's economy?

Solid. Anything that gets away from the shooting gallery is almost certainly an improvement.
Does anyone know why Noah Smith stopped dressing as an anime Nazi?
I love when Meghan McArdle bemoans the lack of viewpoint diversity on college campuses when I only know who she is because I'm forced to.
It's so funny that this guy's only move is racism with extra steps.
We're moving on to megameters. We're moving on to magameters.
I keep telling you people that the Executive branch was a mistake.
It would be nice if the US had a system of government that didn’t allow the president to arbitrarily tariff whoever he wanted, except we very explicitly do, and since no one seems to care or react, then I guess the rules of our government no longer exist
Trump says he's imposing new tariffs on Colombia but won't say what the rate will be
If a man is bitten in half, that is halloween.
"you can't defeat an idea" is the kind of thing you say when you have no idea
There is no way to "defeat" an idea. If you mean removing White People from positions of power & wealth it will only be replaced by another supremacy. Humanity will never unite in harmony. And if it did, it Wouldn't be here in racism central. It won't work anywhere. Racists are everywhere Forever).
See, it sounds more like you need this to be the case more than you know this to be the case.
To the tortie, I sing Assy to the tune of Gucci Mane's Icy.
