The DC shooting story is really getting to me because we literally trained this man as a child soldier for a death squad in a forever war and Stephen Miller et al want to blame it on other cultures? It's our culture, American culture, that killed that woman.

Just learned that Emerson Lake & Palmer have versions of Hoedown and Fanfare for the Common Man, kind of in the vein of Deodato's Also Sprach Zarathustra, but not nearly as good 🤣
Also read that the initial release of Hoedown didn't credit Aaron Copland at all which is absolutely hilarious.

31 years ago tonight I saw my one and only #phish double encore.
1st encore was my 1st ever Icculus which had me losing my shit. This was my 7th show and my first non-standard encore. There were high fives.
Then the band left the stage but the lights just didn't come on and didn't come on...
