It's striking how much Trump, who's never lived in any other country or system, misunderstands the Presidency and with it America as a whole.
He seems to think everything happens because the President decrees it, as if Americans are aimless serfs instead of a fiercely independent people.

The USPS posting a NINE BILLION DOLLAR LOSS!!! sounds terrible. Certainly worse than if you said "USPS costs thirty dollars per person per year" even though that means the same thing and more accurately describes a government service

What the fuck? How does anyone with a shred of self respect go along with this? How is everyone, Republicans included, not disgusted by this rank arrogance, by this assertion of the most anti-American idea possible, that the President is a king?

I am disturbed by how many people I know do not believe in the law. That is, they think the President has no duty to follow what is written and is completely justified in doing whatever he wants unless and until a court specifically tells him otherwise.
It's both shocking and depressing.
