The nugget is getting her haircut and is making her stylist time how long it takes to dry her hair. She also just asked her stylist if everyone keeps their name when they grow up. Gonna have to leave a good tip.

Is anyone in Ottawa or nearby looking to buy a Sony camera, lenses, lighting set, and stands? Or bits thereof?

I'm selling the video pod equipment I bought last year, hardly ever used, because I gave up on trying to do TikTok and YouTube because I hate them.

It's also time to stop using the naturopathic term "natural immunity" and replace it with "disease-acquired immunity" to emphasise all of its disadvantages.
A study on 1.7 million people in Hong Kong shows superior hybrid immunity to Covid in people who got vaccinated before infection vs. people who got infected first. "Our findings are a direct rebuttal to arguments for natural immunity," the authors write. doi.org/10.1016/j.va...

In a democracy, it's actually good to hold the government to account. The government is the one in power. They're the ones who may affect who wins, who loses, who suffers, who thrives. They can lock you up. They can side with fascists or not. So, yes, pretty important to criticize them.

Was thinking just the other day that I won’t be making my favourite chocolate pistachio sablés this year. Not worth the risk.

Imagine having a public health body that recommended masks first as a way to protect against airborne viruses 😍
Respiratory virus season is here, but there are steps you can take to protect yourself and others from COVID-19, flu, RSV, and more! Masks, vaccines, good handwashing, and maintaining clean indoor air can help keep you safe and protect your short-term and long-term health.
