Not just ask their opinion, but actually listen to those opinions & take them seriously.
My issue with them is that they don't go far enough & they're almost never accompanied by actual action or change.

I'm not sure what all these buildings are called, their age, or even exactly where I was when I took these, but the never ending examples of cool old architecture here in Winnipeg is a thrill.
I'm aware. It was a joke.

I should have said "Is there another correct way to spell it?" And the answer is "No"

Meh. When you elected him the first time we should have started this process. We should have started it when you elected GWB.
Same. Zero. Plus, this charge was announced a while ago. If they choose not to keep up w what's going on, that's on them
I'm not sure why they're shocked. This was announced at least a month ago. Do people not pay attention when traveling?

Yesterday, I heard doctors speak who had recently been on the ground in Gaza with Doctors Without Borders.

They shared videos and photos.

It was…crushing. I can’t find the words to tell you how harrowing and devastating their testimony was.

They, and their Palestinian colleagues, are heroes.

I agree! I also think, b/v we've not directly experienced anything like it in North America here, we don't have the collective "trauma" which brought ppl together.
Indian is/was my favourite cuisine & I agree that it doesn't photograph well. I saw "was" b/c I'm haven't decided if Ethiopian food has taken over the top spot. It depends on the day.
Can we stop using Drake to represent Canada. The guy is a creep, at best, & a hack. As Lamar said "Hey Drake, I hear you like 'em young,"
🤣🤣 I can see how someone could have a hard time with it for that reason, but I highly suggest giving it a try at some point (if you can get over your visual aversion) b/c it is incredible.
Inevitable, yes. It could be years from now, though. I think as a society we are so removed from collective action, & have been primed to see it as a bad thing, & risk that it may be a long time. I hope I'm wrong.
Of all the cuisines in the world, I swear Ethiopian is the most beautiful.

The colour!!! Look at it all!
This is good, even if imperfect.

There were a whole lot of Indigenous ppl who were part of that as well....their descendants are still here.

Although "Winterpeg" is top of the list for nicknames for the city, I suggest "Windypeg" be added to the list. Oh Lawdy!
