So, I just kicked off an airport themed week in my geolocation series, and I was tickled to see that YouTube gave my first airport video one of those dynamic like buttons - it turned into a little airplane! ✈️

It pleases me immensely 😝

Sometimes being able to play the “sorry, my parents don’t let me talk to strangers” card has advantages.
OK, it’s happening again. Time for another round, I guess.

It's one thing to compromise on policy matters, it's another to compromise on human and civil rights.
"Political leaders should..."

Compromise to get things done, even if they don't like some parts of the compromise: 80%

Stick to their beliefs and avoid compromise, even if little gets done: 18%

SNAP should be universal, not supplemental. Food is one of the most basic necessities for life.

Every American should get the full benefit: ~$250-300 per person per month, +/- depending on age, gender, and household composition. Raise everyone’s income taxes to collect an equal amount to cover it.
They are already downsizing (not rightsizing) SNAP via back door administrative means. donmoynihan.substack.com/p/the-big-be...
Rollins on why Americans will have to reapply for SNAP: "Clearly there's a right-sizing that needs to happen. The unintended consequence of the Democrat shutdown is now the spotlight has been shined on and we have to make sure we're able to make sure it's going to the right people."
