Me, on the finally passed Pennsylvania budget, which took another step towards fully funded schools: “The era of one-off, ad hoc education budgets is over.”
Pa.’s public schools are getting $665 million in new money with the state budget deal
The deal also includes reforms for cyber charter schools that will represent a savings of hundreds of millions to school districts across the state.

This is correct. Constitutions don't have loopholes. That is not how it works.

The next day, w/o explanation, DOJ amended the declaration.

For 26 but especially 2028 it's time for Democrats to make clear that the current Supreme Court will have to be reformed (expanded in number, reformed in structure) to allow popular govt to continue in the United States. Not so much a litmus test as precondition for any other promise to be credible.

While on trial, I spent about 100 out of 115 nights sleeping in a Harrisburg Hilton, 95 miles away from my tiny kids. The six months on either side of that were no cakewalk either.

As a lawyer, I'll tell you that there's nobody who knows this law better than Ryan and Brian. Sure looks like murder or war crime to me. But as a human, I'll tell you that the Rubio statement -- we could have stopped the boat but we blew it up to send a message -- is sickening and depraved.
1/ I worked at DoD. I literally cannot imagine lawyers coming up with a legal basis for lethal strike of suspected Venezuelan drug boat.
Hard to see how this would not be "murder" or war crime under international law that DoD considers applicable.
