Avg swing in specials to Congress is 17 pts left since 2024. But bc they've been so low-turnout, the data b4 last night suggested a 100% turnout (relative to the past midterm) special would have swung closer to 6-7 points. So TN-7 (13 pts) is updating priors about the share of swing that's turnout

The Energy Dept. is giving $400 million to the TVA to fund its construction of GE-Hitachi small modular reactors.
It's also giving Holtec another $400M to build its 300MW SMRs at the Palisades nuclear plant, the single reactor of which the company is currently working to restart.

Musk is far from the only person setting up natgas plants for behind-the-meter electricity supply to new data centers, he's just the only one who's done so with such blatant illegality. Chevron and Meta are involved in similiar projects.
