It’s schools. They are furious they didn’t have schools to dump their kids at for so long. Of course, never made an effort to make a big push on ventilation or something that might’ve made a real difference in safety for teachers doing the rest of america a massive favor. A favor they don’t owe us.

I feel like people get too wrapped up in messaging. I hate OUR current capitalist system too so to “FUCK CAPITALISM” I’d say “hell yeah, brother” but most of the reform I’m interested in like using the tax system to reign in wealth inequality and improving competition would strengthen “capitalism”.

I’ve never been able to find the dividing line between The Left and every other progressive. I’ve heard both sides try to define the other and it never holds water. A firm line I have is I would never sign on to a command economy but I don’t think that will consistently do it either.

There are other democrats in the primary. Also imperfect, also human. Voting often is choosing the least bad option. Tons of less bad options remain available. Not only that, but someone else still has plenty of time to jump in as well. Why are we holding on to this moron like he’s our last chance?

I remain unconvinced that centering healthcare is of any strategic importance.

My best evidence is during no kings 2, taking place during a shutdown, I saw very little signs about healthcare and shutdowns.

People are mad about the lawless gutting of gov and corruption. Pushback is popular.

I find it infuriating and another red flag of its own that he describes everyday democrats and progressives not buying his story of total innocence around having a nazi tattoo for two decades as this nefarious power structure rising up against him.
