There is no reason for the court to not intervene when the Trump administration has explicitly violated the law and is imposing harm on innocent people who were residing in the United States legally. This will beget oppression for everyone. Month three and permissions are being placed.

Like the fundamental issue with trying to go for a manned OHP equivalent is that the threat environment is so much worse now that you're still putting a lot ship, a lot of systems, and a lot of people in a not particularly well defend basket -- and that last category is a real kicker

“The nature of the drug terrorist threat does not neatly fit into the classic definitions or manifestations of armed conflict, which ordinarily involves some sort of armed attack with military weapons.”

The argument amounts to “the president can kill who he likes if he calls them terrorists”

This photo, file 468, from the Epstein files that includes Donald Trump has apparently now been removed from the DOJ release.

AG Bondi, is this true? What else is being covered up? We need transparency for the American public.

WOW: The DOJ has DELETED an image from its release of the Epstein files that shows photos of Trump in a drawer.

Yesterday, we noted that this image — file 468 — likely slipped through the cracks while officials were attempting to hide materials pertaining to Trump.

Now, it’s gone.

I think this strengthens the case for Stancilism.

Immediate post pandemic economy was *weird* in a way that made it hard to compare it to similar years.

But we've got low unemployment and low inflation now. Very hard to make the case that now is worse than the Volcker shock.
UMich consumer sentiment (current conditions) at 50.4 is a new all-time low -- going back to data from the 1970s.
