I have the utmost respect for Senator Kaine and Senator Warner but we do not need “coaching” on redistricting coming from a cuck chair in the corner. How about you all stay focused on the fascist in the White House and let us handle redistricting in Virginia. 10-1

Democrats would have demanded the guards at Dachau had background checks and that an environmental review be done before any expansion
it actions like this that make people, especially gen z, despise the democratic party. what are we doing here

It’s so fucking infantilizing to be told over and over about ignoring bait, like we’re all chomping at the bit for a fight or something

What I wouldn’t give for just a single elected to have our back instead of this shit that implies we are some unruly mob in need of constant checking

it's funny paying attention to which situations and eras you're told democrats can't/couldn't do anything. if you tally it all up, according to these types, here are the exact times dems had the ability to accomplish anything at all

please do not read any of the secret documents I left in my unlocked car when I ran away before. I was scared and had to run away to get a bigger gun and it’s not fair for you guys to grab those documents while I was gone. those are mine, and I need them for my big mission. please give them back

I live an hour outside Minneapolis and the local Facebook pages are all just conservatives bitching that their favorite cheap buffet restaurants don’t want their workers kidnapped. They feel entitled to treats and want the employees to suffer at the same time. It’s casual cruelty, nothing else.

at this point, if you’re the kind of person who hears this and is like ‘hell yeah that’s my president!!’ i don’t think you should be allowed to vote. they should give you a cereal box maze and tell you it’s a ballot

"'rural consciousness' - a sense that living in a rural area comes with consequences: less political power, fewer resources, less respect"

WHAT ARE WE DOING??? LESS POLITICAL POWER? ARE YOU FUCKING KIDDING ME
Republicans control all 3 branches of government. Even when they don't, both parties pump out constant rhetoric about "real Americans" living in rural areas.

The entire premise of this article is a conservative-fluffing myth. Cities have more political power because that's where most people live!

The "article" here should be "why do so many people in rural areas believe things that are easily provably false?" as opposed to "why are we so divided?"

It's almost like the former might give you the answer to the latter.
