我的“人际冲突坐标系”
想让大家能在一分钟内理解我在人际冲突里的立场与出发点，减少误会，写下这篇bio式的置顶。
坐标轴会随着新的冲突与人生经历慢慢更新。
1️⃣ 共情 vs 原则
我会先共情，再谈原则。
原则和逻辑必须建立在对事实的充分理解上。
