I saw this on Thursday driving up Deeside. A disturbing column of smoke visible for miles. The sign in Dinnet, a few miles before Culblean Hill, still warned of a high fire risk. It said, "No fires!"

I've seen so many fly agaric mushrooms in the last couple of weeks - such a thrill seeing that flash of colour. The top of this one was all curled which made an interesting shape - love seeing the gills too.
