I just checked and this is real. It's on Border Patrol's official Instagram (I don't see it on Facebook) and is being celebrated by Nazis on Twitter, as you can see in the screenshot.

The clip is just 13 seconds long too, so it's a very intentional thing. We've got a Nazi government.

130% of Fox viewers don't know about the $787.5M settlement Fox made with Dominion for knowingly pushing The Big Lie. A poll over at Daily Kos indicated that's the talking point with which lib-Dems have most success at getting The Mad King's slavish followers to exhibit anything resembling self-reflection.

Telling them they've been lied to without telling them they're stunningly, bewilderingly gullible hammerheads takes tremendous discipline, but cult deprogrammers find it's the one approach that works—that and talking about members of OTHER cults. Somehow members of one cult can be objective about members of another cult. Slowly they start realizing the two cults' leaders say the same things.

Let's build a paper trail of Noem's violation of the Hatch Act. This DOJ won't act, but the paper trail affords future impeachment and removal by Congress if we can avoid 20M of our votes being thrown out, and more after Jan '29.
Any citizen can file a complaint with the Office of Special Counsel.

If you see this ad at an airport, photograph it. Find out who at the airport made the decision to air it in violation of the Hatch Act. Forward your findings to the Office of Special Counsel.
The OSC has enforcement authority. Formal complaints create a paper trail, essential for future accountability.
This isn't a gray area. The OSC is an independent federal agency and investigates Hatch Act violations. Penalties can include removal from federal service and fines up to $1,000. Senior officials like Cabinet secretaries are held to stricter standards.

To Democratic leadership: This is a prosecutable violation. Your silence is deafening.

Airports are refusing to air Kristi Noem's videos to avoid complicity in a federal crime. Meanwhile, you're treating this like just another political disagreement. It's not.

The Hatch Act (5 U.S.C. § 7323) explicitly prohibits federal employees from engaging in political activity while on duty, in a government facility, wearing an official uniform, or using their official title. Noem's script does all of this. She uses her title, leverages TSA's official authority, and repeatedly assigns partisan blame, "Democrats refuse to fund the government" and "Democrats will soon recognize", in what's packaged as an official government communication.
Subpoena the communications. Find out who approved this script. Get the receipts on taxpayer dollars spent on partisan propaganda.

Demand an Inspector General investigation into the defacing of federal websites with partisan content. Every .gov site altered to blame Democrats is another violation. Document everything.

Hold public hearings. Force officials to testify under oath about who authorized these violations.

Refer criminal violations to DOJ. While the current DOJ will not act, creating the referral establishes that these violations were documented, objected to, and on the record for future accountability.
