I was lucky enough to see Delta 5 playing alongside Gang of Four and Pere Ubu in 1981. Still one of the very best concerts I've ever been to

Arrebato | Rapture (1979, Dir. Iván Zulueta)
📽️ Cinematography by Ángel Luis Fernández

Arrebato is the masterwork of filmmaker and graphic designer Iván Zulueta. A genre-defying film that rivals the best work of David Lynch and David Cronnenberg.

No other film ending has ever gone this hard. Every time this rolls up on-screen I immediately think, “Damn right I have.”

Speaking of, I was at the British Library browsing "Who's Who in Graphic Art Vol. 2" (Clivo Press, 1982) and found one Québécois (Georges Beaupré) and one Inuit artist (Pitseolak Ashoona). They explain how in Canada, there isn't a large number of great artists born there because it's a young country
