I'm so sorry..I honestly didn't realize that was a problem in the southern states. I kind of thought the PNW and that latitude had a lock on it. 😢 Up here we all swear by a daily dose of a really good vitamin D. It doesn't cure it, but it helps. 💗

How might Trump get around this seemingly straightforward limitation to serve a third term?

One way would be brute force, simply ignore the Constitution. I think that is unlikely.
