I wanted to use the airbrush too (& I'm sure there is a good product) but was so disgusted by the Liquitex experiment that I just decided to still to ol' faithful (Dullcote) 😆

FWIW I brush on Vallejo Matte Varnish to touch up any repaints over the Dullcote & it's indistinguishable.

I use Testors Dullcote & like it a lot

I tried Liquitex through the airbrush &, yeah, it was way too matte (& and I couldn't get it to not frost on dark colors)

But, agree, too matte is lifeless

These guys are finished with Dullcote. (Old pics but I haven't broken out the good camera in a while)

I've been there. It was at the end of a 50mi backpacking trip my wife & I took for our honeymoon.

It is beautiful (though maybe not more so then the dozen upriver of it) and *accessible*! I wonder how the got a photo of it with no tourists in the shot 🤣

But if you find yourself in a place where the pain has been going on for months and/or perhaps you panic when you feel the pain or it's all you think about consider trying Curable out.

Ah. If it's just been a few weeks or whatever then yeah probably not chronic.

But if it's been a few months it might be moving to a chronic/PTSD-type place where your mind is contributing to the pain and where Curable might help.
