- Create a new court (complying w/ 6A jury vicinage)
- Give it jurisdiction over defined category of crimes
- Also create dedicated prosecutors for the same
- Strip SCOTUS of appellate jurisdiction

It's amazing that the "compassionate conservative", "moral majority", and "religious right" party cannot fathom love of others or empathy.
