Wanting to maybe do one of those style challenges again but uh, the list of styles I know is um, pretty small and don't wanna repeat everything.
And in one style's case it looks like something I'd wanna do but hard to figure out the style when it's a demo and there's one character known so far

If you use GMail, AI (Gemini) was turned on yesterday by default and now scans all of your content for machine learning. To turn off, go to Settings>General and scroll down. Uncheck the box for "Smart features."
There's other "Smart" add-ons as well, but that's the one that reads your content.

I used to think the complaining about Sonic's model in later games being reused from earlier ones was silly but I wonder if it's some kinda artstyle fatigue. I mean the designs didn't even technically change for Super Mario Wonder but people really like that after Mario looking the same for so long.

Why am I so against generative AI in games?
Because I simply do not want my initial reaction to art to be one of suspicion and scrutiny, AI slop is fundamentally damaging my relationship to art and artistry, and I am deeply resentful that it is forcing me to be guarded when I should be wowed.
