Seems like Sarah isn't simply having a wonderful Christmastime! 😜
I put it to you that Paul McCartney’s “Wonderful Christmastime” is not merely the worst Christmas song but is also in fact the worst song in the history of recorded sound.

So called alternative medicine is almost always a scam. At best it can alleviate some symptoms. At worst it can suck your bank account dry and kill you. Never mind robbing you of the chance to try proven treatments.
There are alternative treatments to my condition, I won't be trying any of them.

We went out for an early dinner today. Came out of the restaurant and thought to myself "Home and then to bed".
It was 6
Doing anything after 5pm at this time of year is absurd.

The hardest public library reference question I ever had to answer was "what should I do with it?" when I told people they couldn't eat a meal in the library.
I had so many answers. Most would have ended with a discussion with my supervisor.
Mostly it was snacks, but once a crockpot full of stew!
God, give me the confidence of that guy at the movie theater who sat next to me and pulled out a full rotisserie Costco chicken to eat while we watched Sisu.

There are default positions that many of our politicians don't agree with.
1 - Nazis are bad.
2 - White supremacy is bad.
3 - Slavery is bad.
4 - Murder is bad.
5 - Rape (especially child rape) is bad.
6 - War crimes are bad.

Remember kids, if unions didn't work, capital wouldn't spend untold billions trying to keep them out of the shops.
Why do you appreciate unions?

I’ll start:

Weekends off
Paid vacations
Work breaks
Sick leave
Paid holidays
No child labor
Safer working conditions
Health care and retirement benefits

There is also overwhelming evidence that God is an absolute asshole.
If God was real (spoiler: he's not), I wouldn't give an actual fuck. Dude is a sociopath with narcissistic personality disorder. Why on earth does anyone worship that?

I had a few friends who had Pong at home. Even back then it took about an hour of play to realize how lame it was.
Plus extra points for it burning the game into the CRT so that there was a permanent game of Pong on the screen behind "Mary Hartman, Mary Hartman!"
Today in 1972 the Co-founder of Atari, Nolan Bushnell, released Pong, the 1st commercially successful video game, in Andy Capp's Tavern in Sunnyvale, California.

I see people saying

“I would use alt text but I keep forgetting!”

Thankfully, @bsky.app has a setting for that.

- Go to Settings
- Then Accessibility
- Toggle “Require alt text before posting” to the active setting.

Now Bluesky will remind you to add alt text to all of your posts.
