I don't even really understand what point they're trying to make. "Invest in new technologies"? Like what? What dimension are we supposedly ignoring? Which technologies can replace an aircraft carrier?

I think Miller is basically the one person in the administration who thinks that all elections are over forever and he's in charge, so it makes a certain amount of sense he's acting like this.

I think one of the biggest mistakes we (the west) made was not spinning up Ukraine on tacair sooner.
After nearly 4 years of war, they would absolutely have a very capable conventional air capability if we devoted the energy early on.
