In the busy life of a CEO, 20 hours of "work" time is spent on personal shit we plebs would be in trouble for doing during work hours.
I remember this Wall Street Journal graphic claiming that CEOs work 55 hour weeks, and maybe only 6 hours of it outside of meetings would be unambiguously considered work if they were in an entry level position.
