When I came to a point where I felt I was self aware of my issues, this was when therapy was the most helpful.
Having an understanding of what the issues are meant that I could treat therapy less like a place to vent and more like a place to strategize how to actually navigate those problems.

yeah, i think a commitment to public health obligates you to get vaccinated and, when you are sick, do what you can to avoid spreading that to other people. the demand that one mask at all times in public spaces is, i think, unreasonable.

Then every year they criminalize homelessness more even though it's proven to not be an effective way to handle homelessness. & we let them do it. Then we let them keep building prisons, detention centers, cop cities and allowing loop holes for slavery under incarceration.
