That said, inzoi has real potential to become a hyper-realistic game. If they can iron out the bugs and breathe more life into the characters, they might actually eclipse The Sims, especially if EA keeps dragging their feet on TS5.

It’s been a few months since I played the beta. The zois still don’t seem to have much personality…it all just feels like shallow, meaningless interactions with other zois. When it’s not crashing, it looks amazing, but the feeling just isn’t there yet.

And yes I was playing the beta and so far I like it! Before the beta came out, I thought it was gonna be a replacement to the Sims and blow it out the water, but after playing it I definitely see how it’ll be played alongside it.

The you could tell the devs really took their time w gameplay in TS2, so many small moments made the in game relationships feel so realistic. The kids running to greet you after work, waking up in the middle of the night to spoon, slow dancing - all those small touches added up.
