Low effort, but today's horror rec is a recent one - Of Monsters and Mainframes by Barbara Truelove.

It's got all the monsters you might want, a cursed spaceship, a steadfast medbot, and some mystery.

It's a great read that will keep you on the edge of your seat.

We've got another horror anthology today. This one focuses on women's voices in Eldritch horror.

Fear not, the old ones still cause gibbering madness and strange riguals in this anthology.

My library is offering more manhwa everyday 😄 “Kill the Villainess” is a typical isekai story where the FMC ends up as the villainess from a novel. However, this FMC fights the hardest to return to her world. The others I’ve read usually have some reason they can’t or don’t wish to. #manhwa #booksky

I'd say about 1/2 of those that followed, then DM'd a message asking me how I am have unfollowed & blocked me after not reading my profile & I tell them I'm good even though I've got stage 4 cancer. I swear they think I'm gonna keel over any day so why follow or maybe they think I'll spread it.

I've had 2 lit. agents in the past & I ended up using an entertainment lawyer to negotiate my film optioning rights deal bc my last agent dropped the ball & had ghosted her stable of authors (including award-winning authors)! So now I just use my lawyer when I need to.
