Thank you to @joshmalerman.bsky.social for these kind words for ALL THE STARS DIE by @jfdt.bsky.social. Coming this September! Pre-order through the Bad Hand site or wherever books are sold.
I agree. Anyway, all the Frankenstein movies strayed pretty far from the book. This one at least made sense.
We enjoyed it as well .. some are complaining it strayed too far .. but if you want the same old same old .. go watch all the existing same old same old movies.

This was a fresh and refreshing take ..

I just watched GDT's Frankenstein. It's definitely the movie to watch if you didn't think the book was Gothic enough. But I enjoyed it. Very langerous and beautiful.

The forth story in my latest novella collection ALL THE STARS DIE is "In the Dim Meadows, Desolate," a tale of fallen gods still desperately needing the love of man... but is it enough?

The book is available everywhere in print. For now, ebooks are available at badhandbooks.com/ebooks.

I have my copies of THE END IN ALL BEGINNINGS and ALL THE STARS DIE.

Do you?

Available now everywhere books are sold.

P.S. Lurking in the background, working on some things for my apocalyptic epic THE FEARING, both in print with @badhandbooks.bsky.social next year and something more...visual.

And the reviews begin...
Goodreads review of ALL THE STARS DIE by @jfdt.bsky.social: 'Taff blends cosmic dread with human messiness ... the collection’s best pieces hum with craft, warmth, and a mean little afterbite for readers who like their nightmares conversational and sad-funny.'

Absolutely it does! Hope you enjoy the book.
Book mail is the best mail!

I was excited to get this already, but then I read the wonderful introduction by John Langan, and I’m afraid I might be up late tonight.

I believe this pairs well with Jameson.
