i dont think a multiplayer shooter needs to have complete kernel control and secure boot locking down my entire system. i'm only wresting control of the shieldbreaker. like its only a big deal if you're an enemy warden and even then only if you live in the keep or something

switching one of my computers over to linux. until linux handles audio better I will always need to keep a windows/macOS computer for production but trying to make the switch for general browsing/computer use

Genuinely the only thing keeping me going—but it really is keeping me going—is how good it is to see people link arms and push for this to end.
I cannot stop thinking about how much love people can have for their neighbors, and how much work and money is poured into breaking that love apart.

No amount of training could have stopped that trigger being pulled. This is a moral sickness. This agency is a rot and it need to be done away with.
Anyone not working on that project is 100% not your ally regardless of where they claim to be on the political spectrum.

You cannot overstate how startling it is to see a politician just say the thing with clarity and poise. No fearful hemming. No overwrought qualifying down til it’s meaningless. No lingering sense that there is a loyalty to a donor class or an ideology of stasis that they’d never admit to.
Mamdani: "I am in support of abolishing ICE. What we see is an entity that has no interest in fulfilling its stated reason to exist. We're seeing a government agency that is supposed to be enforcing some kind of immigration law, but instead what it's doing is terrorizing people."
