I'm tired. We're all tired. This isn't hard to understand. You can't inflate prices of basic necessities like food and housing to ridiculous highs while keeping wages at poverty levels, then act surprised when luxury goods/services and large purchases become unattainable or payments unaffordable.

the real scandal isn't brisket, the scandal is that 80/20 ground beef is going for close to $8 at some grocers. Similarly, chuck is out of the ballpark.

This means that a lot of traditionally cheap, bulk dishes for families and meal prep are no longer cheap! A pot of beef chili easily hits $25!
