Let me give some insight on this, as a producer in the dub industry who worked with major streamers, who's witnessed first-hand where this push for AI is coming from.

I will say after playing the Sanctum Showdown mode for a few days, I believe this is the least amount of fun and excitement I’ve had in #MARVELSNAP
Most players I’ve encountered in this mode were either playing super aggressively or emote-spamming nonstop, so I just gave up.

Additional point: Clair Obscur's third act is a thematic loop about how delaying the inevitable isn't healthy. You may feel temporarily good, you might even feel like a God among ants, but all you're doing is becoming a rotting husk and running away from inevitability.
