I did my best to compile as many protest safety notes as possible into a one page foldout zine! Coincidentally…it seems the file has breached containment…like it’s available for anyone to print or hand out 👀⚖️

The opposition wants us to be afraid to speak up, they want us to obey in advance.
We can't do that.
We need to stand up & make our voices heard.
There's a lot of terrible stuff happening, & we cannot let it go on.
We need to put up a resistance.

I know voting feels pointless, but we have a few VERY important elections coming up, so make sure you are registered to vote, and VOTE.

Voting is super important. Vote in all the elections, no matter how small or insignificant it might seem! If voting doesn't feel like enough, sign up to help out at your local polling location during an election.
Encourage others to vote.
Vote for people who will bring about positive change.

There's a new setting in Settings: Privacy & Security.

Scroll aaaaaaaalll the way to the bottom and you'll see "Text and Image Generation."

TURN IT OFF.

Portland Folks: if you're in town Saturday and want something to go to aside from the No Kings protest, or after, the Portland Defense Fund is holding a street fair on Clinton St in SE.

Flier for the Defense Fund PDX Street Fair in October 18th from 2-7 PM on Clinton St and 25th. Music vendors raffle family friendly. All proceeds to the bail fund.

Artists, send invoices. That way, no one has to say what the money is for on Paypal's paper trail.

Customers, SAY NOTHING about commissions. Just say "thanks" on donos.
